The Department of Pathology of the Cleveland Clinic is seeking a full-time Renal Pathologist to join our subspecialized practice. As we continue to expand our volume and outreach program, we are seeking a Nephropathology fellowship-trained candidate with strong diagnostic skills and scholarly accomplishments in the field, with a desire to actively participate on a busy clinical service, engage in resident and medical school teaching, participate in weekly multidisciplinary conferences, and contribute to clinical or translational research. The medical kidney service analyzes over 2000 renal biopsies annually which come to us from a broad range of geographic locations including specimens from our hospitals in Florida and Abu Dhabi. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, a desire to engage clinically with our nephrology and rheumatology colleagues, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent patient care are required. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
